Returns & Refunds
Please note: we will not be liable for cost of return.
For all online returns, please send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt ( our policy reflects your cancellation rights; see below for details)
If the product seal is broken( where applicable) or labels removed we will not be able or refund you.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund pierced goods (earrings).
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable.
No refund on sale items
We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges for full orders returned, within 14 days or receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed form the day they are received by us. You will receive an email once your refund has bed processed ; please keep hold of you return tracking number.
Your refund will appear in the card/account used to purchase the goods, within 10 working days .
If you have purchased in-store, you have 30 days to return.
Please retain your receipt as this will be required to return any in-store purchases.
In-store purchases can only be returned to the store.
